LL Players selected as top Long Island Players to Watch in 2016
Oct, 2016 : Congratulations to Emily Berlinghof (Cold Spring Harbor, 2019) and Kate Gilligan (Northport, 2019) for being selected by Newsday as top Long Island Players to Watch for the 2016 season.
After missing the first 3 games for Cold Spring Harbor, Emily is second on her team in scoring with 5 points. Cold Spring Harbor is ranked 3rd in Nassau County Conference I record of 4-2. Go Seahawks!!
Kate Gilligan has recorded 2 shutouts and 24 saves for her Northport team. Northport is ranked second in Suffolk County Divison I with a 10-1 record. Go Tigers!!
With county playoffs just around the corner, Cold Spring Harbor and Northport will be relying heavily on their sophomores to lead their teams!
