Spring Program

Lasting Legacy’s Spring Program runs from the end of March through May and provides players the opportunity to transition indoor speed and skills to the outdoor pitch.  Our focus continues on developing the skill set of each player – passing and receiving, eliminations, vision, field awareness, team play and speed of play.  Practice sessions are progressive as coaches continue to add advance skills to each player’s skill set.   Practice sessions include short-sided games and scrimmages.

Players participating in our Spring Program have the option to participate in training only or in training and tournaments. Players on the tournament teams will compete in regional showcase tournaments on Long Island and in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.  Regional tournament team players may be selected to our national team roster and compete in USFHA ‘s Regional Club Championship (May or June) and USAFH’s National Club Championships (July).
