April 9 2016, Rowan University, NJ : Unfortunately the opening weekend of JPOL got off to a snowy start with both of our U16 games being cancelled at the last minute due to a snow covered pitch!    While everyone was disappointed, some of our players made the most of the snowy conditions – check out this video of our goalies!!   U16 Goalies

JPOL began in 2013 with the objective of an providing organized, competitive outdoor league where Clubs could compete against each other on a regular basis and also prepare for the Regional and National Club Championships.

“The Junior Outdoor Premier League (JOPL) is one of the top junior leagues in the country and promotes a high level of field hockey competition throughout the spring,” said Shawn Hindy, Chair, USA Field Hockey Board of Directors. “USA Field Hockey loves to see field hockey players, umpires, and coaches working together and having high level games each weekend. We are huge advocates of these games and know that college coaches, parents, fans, and lovers of the great sport of field hockey will thoroughly enjoy watching them! ”
