Field Hockey Academy at Cold Spring Harbor Fall 2018 Program
The Fall Academy Program is designed to introduce new players to field hockey. Players are taught a variety of skills in a fun nurturing environment.
Sessions include dribbling, passing & receiving and shot selection. Players will be introduced to 1v1 offensive and defensive skills with a gradual buildup to small-sided games.
Lasting Legacy coaching staff will be assisted byCold Spring Harbor players who are members of Lasting Legacy’s Nationally Ranked Club Team.
