Payment by Check
Please make checks payable to Lasting Legacy Field Hockey Club and mail your payment to PO Box 564, Huntington, NY 11743. Program Costs are listed in the drop down list below.
Electronic Payment
You may process your payment now via credit/debit card or PayPal. Please enter the Player’s name, choose the Program you are paying for from the drop down list and then click on the “Pay Now” button. You will be redirected to Paypal’s website to complete the payment and you should receive a confirmation email from Paypal when the payment has been processed.
