CSH Junior Seahawks Summer Program
Program Description
New in 2016, The Cold Spring Harbor Junior Seahawks Summer Program is designed to teach players in grades 3-6 a variety of skills used by international field hockey players in a fun and nurturing environment.
The Tuesday night sessions include dribbling, passing and receiving, and shot selection. Players will be introduced to 1 v 1 offensive and defensive skills with a gradual buildup to small-sided games.
Players will be coached by Cold Spring Harbor players who are members of Lasting Legacy’s Nationally ranked team.
